A company in the United States to produce a flash disk that is claimed to be able to detect pornographic content on the computer. Porn Detection Stick, thus its name, made by the vendor Paraben Corporation.
Flash disks are equipped with software capable of recognizing the claimed improper JPEG images in a computer hard drive. Benefits for example for parents to monitor whether the computer is contaminated child porn.
With the software Paraben's P2 Commander, the company said it takes 90 minutes to scoop up 70 of thousands of obscene content on the hard drive capacity of 500GB. However imperfect the results are recognized, where there are 400 search results wrong.
How does it work? According to Paraben, the software can distinguish between normal and JPEG images pornographic images by analyzing elements such as facial images, body parts or skin color.
Porn Detection newly launched Stick it could work in the Windows XP operating system, Vista and Windows 7.(Detik/PCMag)
